Law No. 153 of 28 July 2016, Rules for the fight against terrorism, as well as ratification and implementation of: a) Council of Europe Convention on the prevention of terrorism, done in Warsaw on 16 May 2005; b) International Convention for the suppression of acts of nuclear terrorism, done in New York on 14 September 2005; c) Protocol amending the European Convention on the suppression of terrorism, done in Strasbourg on 15 May 2003; d) Council of Europe Convention on laundering, search, seizure and confiscation of the proceeds from crime and on the financing of terrorism, done in Warsaw on 16 May 2005; e) Additional Protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on the prevention of terrorism, done in Riga on 22 October 2015. Entry into force 24 August 2016.
