Law No. 152 of 28 July 2016, Ratification and implementation of the following Agreements: a) Additional Agreement to the Convention on mutual legal assistance, of enforcement of sentence and of extradition between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco of 12 February 1971, done in Rabat on 1° April 2014; b) Convention between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the transfer of sentenced persons, done in Rabat on 1° April 2014. Entry into force: 10 August 2016.
