Law No. 196 of 27 November 2017, Ratification and Execution of the following treaties: A) Convention concerning the construction and operation of a European X-Ray Free Electron Laser Facility, with Annexes, done in Hamburg on 30 November 2009; B) Protocol on Accession of the Russian Federation to the Convention of 16 December 1988 concerning the construction and operation of a European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF), done in Grenoble on 23 June 2014 and in Paris on 15 July 2014; C) Protocol to the Convention concerning the construction and operation of a European X-Ray Free Electron Laser Facility on the accession of the Government of the Kingdom of Spain, with Annexe, done in Berlin on 6 October 2011. Entry into force: 23 December 2017
