Law No. 79 of 16 May 2017, Ratification and implementation of the following treaties: (a) Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the State of Qatar for air service, with Annexe, done in Rome on 24 September 2002, with Agreement to Introduce Amendments, done in Rome on 16 April 2012; (b) Agreement on air transport services between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Democratic and Popular Algerian Republic, with Annexes, done in Algiers on 22 January 2013; (c) Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, with Annexes, done in Rome on 21 June 2013; (d) Cooperation agreement in the field of maritime transport between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Democratic and Popular Algerian Republic, done in Algiers on November 14, 2012; (e) Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on the mutual regulation of international road and freight transport, done in Pristina on 24 July 2014; (f) Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on the mutual regulation of international road and freight transport, done in Rome on 19 September 1997; (g) Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Principality of Monaco concerning the regulation of international carriage of passengers and goods by road, done in Rome on 8 November 2012; (h) Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of Montenegro on the mutual regulation of international road and freight transport, done in Rome on 12 March 2014; (i) Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the mutual regulation of international road and freight transport, done in Ancona on 15 October 2013; (l) Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on maritime transport, done in Rome on 14 July 2014; (m) Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and the Government of the Principality of Andorra concerning the regulation of international carriage of passengers and goods by road, done in Brussels on 19 May 2015.
