Decision of the Court of Cassation, III Civil Section, No. 1126 of 7 July 2014

Ruling on a case of homophobic behaviours by the public administration, the Supreme Court of Cassation stated that this represented a serious breach of inalienable human rights guaranteed by Article 2 of Constitution and the ECHR. The injured party was entitled to receive adequate compensation.
