The 2013 Italian report, regarding 2012, points out the means of dissemination of the II Protocol to the armed forces and the civilian population, the data concerning mine clearance programmes and the legislation related to the Protocol adopted in the interested year. The only legislative reference is made to the modifications to the management of the Fund for Humanitarian Demining (established by law No. 58/2011), introduced through law No. 95/2011 authorizing Italy’s ratification of the Convention on Cluster Munitions.
