Order of the Court of Catania No. 13560 of 14 February 2017

In line with the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees and national law, the Court of Catania recognized the refugee status to a Ghanaian national because, in his country, he would have been subjected to discrimination for his sexual orientation.
