Decision of the Regional Administrative Court for Campania, VI Section, No. 2529 of 7 May 2014

By decision No. 2529/2014, the Regional Administrative Court for Campania ruled the annulment of a decree of the police authority in Naples, which rejected the application of a foreign woman for obtaining a residence permit for employment. The Court found that the challenged decree did not contain proven reasons and argumentations sufficient to justify the refusal.
